Order in
- Your order will move quickly to our inventory department where they will pull the frame and get it ready to ship out.
Boxing
- Once the frame is pulled from our inventory your order will be boxed up and prepared for shipping
Shipped
- Your order will be picked up by FedEx at the end of the business day. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Tracking
- When your order is scanned in by Fedex you will receive an email from us with the tracking and expected delivery date.

Care & Use for the Canopy Tents
Cleaning your Tent
The canopy fabric has a protective layer that repels moisture to keep it dry in wet weather. Do not wash the canopy in a washing machine or use strong cleaning agents.
Cleaning your tent with warm water and mild soap, use a soft sponge to wipe it down to avoid scratching the graphic. Let it air dry.

Setting up your Canopy Tent
Easily Setup in minutes
- Take your frame and slightly expand it open to expose the corner bars
- Take your canopy graphic and place it on top of the frame
- Adhere each corner of the canopy to each corner of the frame. Inside each corner of the canopy, there is a strip of loop velcro sewn to it and each corner of the frame has a strip of hook velcro
- With the canopy securely in position, expand the frame until the corner latches lock into place
- Increase the height by extending the lower legs
- Pull each leg down until the latch locks into place
- Locate the Spindler under the canopy, in the middle of the frame. Pull the lever out and rotate to expand the upper peak pole. The dome cap will push out the canopy creating tension to flush out nay loose areas

The canopy tent has telescoping legs meaning it can stand a different heights. The min. is 99" and the max is 132"
Can I use my tent outside?
Yes, the canopy tent is great for outdoors since it's water resistant. It's a good idea to ancor it down during windy days, a good wind can catch under the tent and tip it over.
