NOTE: Due to COVID 19, Fedex will not refund money for any shipping delays caused by them. We have seen some delays, but for the most part they are on time. We do our part to manufacture your products and ship it on time, we cannot be responsible for Fedex delays. We suggest you plan ahead of time and leave some time in your delivery option.
We ship via FedEx, Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. Shipping days are counted by the weekdays, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. The first shipping day counts the day after your order is shipped. For an example, if your order ships on Friday and you have over night shipping you should receive the package on Monday. Our shipping software calculates the exact shipping prices based on the size of the package and the zip code destination. You will always get the most current lowest shipping prices possible. To see our shipping prices simply add the products to your cart and it will calculate the different shipping options and pricing.
FedEx Shipping Options
FedEx First Overnight: next business day by 9:30am (by 2pm to additional extended areas)
FedEx Priority Overnight: next business day by 10:30am (by 5pm in remote areas)
FedEx Standard Overnight: next business day by 3pm (by 4:30pm to rural areas, 8pm to residences)
FedEx 2 Day AM: 2 business day by 10:30am (by noon to rural areas)
FedEx 2 Day: 2 business day by 4:30pm (by 8pm to residences)
FedEx Express: 3 business day by 4:30pm (by 8pm to residences)
FedEx Ground: by 8:00pm, not guaranteed, in 1-7 business days depending on location (see FedEx Ground Transit Days map below)
Ground shipping is the most basic, least expensive option for oversized boxes, but is not guaranteed. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to save yourself money in shipping charges and allow extra time in case there are any unforeseen delivery delays.
