Hard Surface floor decals are meant for vinyl floor tiles and smooth sound surfaces. They have a removable adhesive which allows you to remove them for up to 6 months without leaving a glue residue on the floor.

• Over laminate: Textured 3.7 mil lamination specially designed for floor graphics. It is UL-410 Classified for slip resistance

Order is placed: We will email you an order confirmation and your customer representative will be in touch during normal business hours.

Email proof: Our graphics department will send you a proof via email

Proof Approval: All proofs will need to be approved by you before printing

Printing: Once approved the order will move to production where printing will start

Boxing: When printing is complete your order will be boxed up and prepared for shipping

Shipped: Your order will be picked up at the end of the business day. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Tracking: When your order is scanned in by the shipping company you will receive an email from us with the tracking and expected delivery date.

Care and Use of the Indoor Floor Stickers

The floor decals are meant for one time use, once they are pulled up from the ground they will not stick anymore. With proper care your floor decals can be removed up to 6 months without leaving a residue.

 

You can wipe down your decal with a damp cloth to clean them.

Clean Instructions

Under normal traffic, simply sweeping the floor decals with a soft broom will remove most loose
particles. When the surface is visibly dirty, cleaning with a soft cloth soap and water will remove
most soils.

What kind of hard surfaces can I use this decal on?

• Our hard surface floor decals can be applied to ceramic tile, vinyl tile, laminate, wood, polished concrete, metal, untreated stone, and PVC.

Can I use the hard surface floor decals on carpet?

• No, these decals are not suitable for carpet. The adhesive used for hard surface decals is less aggressive than that of carpet decals, which means they won't adhere properly to carpet and could peel off easily.

How long with the floor decals last?

• With proper care, indoor floor decals typically last up to 6 months, depending on foot traffic. The less traffic, the longer they will last. For best results, we recommend replacing the decals every 6 months to avoid adhesive damage to your floor.

Can I re-use the floor stickers?

• No, the floor decals are designed for one-time use only. When removed, the adhesive starts to break down, and debris can stick to it. If you try to reuse the decal, it may not adhere properly, which could create a tripping hazard.

Are these floor decals good for permanent use?

• These decals are designed for temporary graphics and are not meant to be permanent. Once the graphic begins to peel, it could become a tripping hazard. We recommend removing and replacing it at that point.

Will the floor decals damage the surface?

• Our decals are designed to be removable within 6 months. The adhesive will not damage properly sealed or smooth surfaces such as tile, laminate, vinyl, or sealed concrete. However, after 6 months, the decal may leave residue, which can be cleaned off using an adhesive remover.

Are the floor decals glossy or matte?

Our floor decals feature a matte finish with a non-slip texture for safety. They do not come in glossy finishes.

What color profile should I use for my artwork?

• We accept CMYK, RGB, Mixed, and Pantone color profiles. Our printing process uses a 4-color method, and we’ll convert your color profile to ensure the colors are as close as possible to the original.

When will I receive a proof?

• Typically, you'll receive a proof within 1-2 hours during business hours

How can I get artwork set up?

• You can use our free online design tool, which offers editable templates and custom options for your artwork.

What if I realize the proof was wrong after approval?

• If you spot an error after approval, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to halt production.
