Order is placed: We will email you an order confirmation and your customer representative will be in touch during normal business hours.

Here is the next Steps:

Order in: Your order will move quickly to our inventory department where they will pull the part and get it ready to ship out.

Boxing: Once the partis pulled from our inventory your order will be boxed up and prepared for shipping

Shipped: Your order will be picked up by FedEx at the end of the business day. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Tracking: When your order is scanned in by Fedex you will receive an email from us with the tracking and expected delivery date.

Set up Your LED Lights

Set up

1. Set up your retractable banner stand as normal.
2. With the light pointing toward the front use the clip to clamp it onto the back support bar of the retractable banner stand.
3. Swivel, tilt or rotate the head of the LED light to a desired location.
4. Plug the LED light in to an outlet, make sure the cord is out of the way so no one trips on it.

Take Down

1. Unplug the cord from the outlet.
2. Remove the LED light by applying pressure onto the clamp to release it from the support pole.
3. Store your LED light in a safe area until next use.
