Custom Printed Aluminum Signs Options Explained

Corner Finishing

• Rounded (1.5" dia corners): Edges are rounded for a smooth finish, ideal for signs mounted on poles to prevent sharp edges.
• Squared: Straight-cut edges. Note: These corners can be very sharp; please handle with care.

Pre Drilled Holes

• 2 Center Holes: 2 holes will be drilled in the top center and bottom center of the sign approx. 1" from the edge
• 4 Corner Holes: A hold in each corner will be drilled approx. 1" from the edge
• No Holes: No holes will be drilled into the sign

Care & Use of the Aluminum Signs

While our aluminum signs are built to be durable and weatherproof, their outdoor placement means they can accumulate dirt and grime over time. To extend the lifespan of your custom printed signs, we recommend cleaning them regularly (every few weeks). Without regular maintenance, dirt and grime may build up and become harder to remove.

• Use mild soapy water and a soft cloth to clean. Avoid harsh chemicals to protect the print and Coating lamination.

Drilling Holes in your Aluminum Signs

You can choose for us to pre-drill the holes or you choose no holes and drill them your self. Aluminum composite has a soft plastic core sandwiched between two thin aluminum layers, making it easy to drill through with a standard hand drill. We recommend drilling holes on-site for the best fit. For larger orders, we can custom-cut holes to meet your specifications.

Proof Approval: All proofs will need to be approved by you before printing

Printing: Once approved the order will move to production where printing will start

Boxing: When printing is complete your order will be boxed up and prepared for shipping

Shipped: Your order will be picked up by FedEx at the end of the business day. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Tracking: When your order is scanned in by Fedex or UPS you will receive an email from us with the tracking and expected delivery date.
