Corrugated Plastic Material

Corrugated plastic board is a twin-wall plastic sheet that is made of 3 polypropylene plastic sections. The hollow flutes are sandwiched between two layers of plastic sheeting. Because of the flutes the surface of the board does have thin, straight ridges you can see, however, from a distance the ridges are not noticeable.

Aluminum Material

Our aluminum signs feature a robust 3-layer composite structure: a pre-finished aluminum outer layer is bonded to a durable polyethylene (PE) core. This advanced construction ensures exceptional strength, stability, and longevity, making our signs ideal for demanding outdoor environments.

Protective Gloss Coating - Optional

We apply a premium-grade protective coating to our signs, featuring anti-graffiti properties for easy cleaning. This advanced surface is compatible with Dry Erase, Wet Erase, and Liquid Chalk markers, offering versatile usability and effortless maintenance.

Care & Use of the Replacement Panels

While our signs are built to be durable and weatherproof, their outdoor placement means they can accumulate dirt and grime over time. To extend the lifespan of your custom printed signs, we recommend cleaning them regularly (every few weeks). Without regular maintenance, dirt and grime may build up and become harder to remove.

Washing your signs

• Use mild soapy water and a soft cloth to clean. Avoid harsh chemicals to protect the print and Coating lamination.

For Sign Holder

Look up the manufacturers installation instructions for your sign holder. Most panels can slide into the a frames, however, some signs require you to either use clips or screws to hold the sign into place.

Proof Approval: All proofs will need to be approved by you before printing

Printing: Once approved the order will move to production where printing will start

Boxing: When printing is complete your order will be boxed up and prepared for shipping

Shipped: Your order will be picked up by FedEx at the end of the business day. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Tracking: When your order is scanned in by Fedex or UPS you will receive an email from us with the tracking and expected delivery date.

What are the replacement panels made of?

• Our replacement panels are made of either coroplast or aluminum. Both are weatherproof and durable, coroplast is great for use in sign holders that have a back or temporary signage in a sign holder without a back and aluminum is perfect for long term use in any sign

How long can I use my replacement panel signs?

• These signs are built to last a long time, with proper care and cleaning they can last you years to come.

Is the replacement signs durable?

• Whether you pick coroplast or aluminum they are both durable and rigid. They can withstand most weather conditions, especially cold weather as they won't crack when hit by the snow.

Can I use my replacement sign panels outside?

• Yes, these signs are meant to be used outdoors since they are weatherproof you can rely on them lasting through out all the seasons. You can use them indoors as well. 

I would like a custom size. Can you accommodate that?

• Yes, we can customize the size of your aluminum sign to meet your specific needs. Simply specify your desired dimensions in the comments section of your order, and we'll confirm the custom size during the proofing process.

Can I custom cut or die cut my Signs?

Should I add the protective coating to my Aluminum Sign?

• The Protective Overcoat is optional but recommended for added protection. While not necessary, adding coating to your sign provides an extra layer of defense against wear and tear, extending the life of your print.

Is the graphic mounted to the Sign?

• No, we print directly onto the material. The graphics are infused into the surface, and any matte or gloss lamination is applied as a final protective layer.

Will my graphics peel away over time?

• With proper care, your graphics should remain intact for years without peeling or chipping. Our high-quality printing process ensures long-lasting durability.

Can the signs be double sided?

• Yes, double-sided printing is available. You can choose the double sided print drop down option to have full-color printing on both sides of the sign to maximize visibility.

How many colors or details can I use in my artwork, will it cost extra?

• You can use an unlimited number of colors and details in your design at no additional cost. Our full-color printing process accommodates any complexity without affecting the price.

What color profile should I use in my artwork?

• We accept various color profiles including CMYK, RGB, mixed colors, and Pantone colors. Our 4-color printing process will convert your artwork to match the original colors as closely as possible.

When will I get a proof?

• You will typically receive a digital proof within 1-2 hours of placing your order during regular business hours (8:30am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday). Orders placed outside of these hours will receive a proof as soon as we reopen.

I don’t have a print-ready file or design software. How can I create my artwork?

• We offer a user-friendly online design tool that is free to use. You can choose from various templates or create your design from scratch. This tool allows you to add text, images, and logos easily. Don’t forget to create an account to save your designs for future use.
• If you prefer not to use our online design tool, you can hire a freelance graphic designer. We recommend several highly-regarded freelancers for your project. Please note that their rates and fees are independent of our services, so you'll need to contact them directly to discuss your project details.

I realized I sent the wrong file after receiving the proof. What should I do?

• No problem! Simply reply to the proof email to inform us of the mistake and provide the correct file or request changes. We’ll send you updated proofs and ensure nothing goes to print without your final approval.

I approved the proof but then noticed an error. What now?

• If you notice an error after approving the proof, contact us immediately. We can attempt to halt production if your order hasn't started printing yet. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we have of addressing the issue before printing begins.
