Paper Materials

28# Laser Text

Premium white paper that is slightly heavier than the standard 24# paper. Acid-free material prevents yellowing over time to ensure a long lasting print. The paper produces sharp, clear images that is perfect for color copies, propostals, reports, layouts, letters, resumes, flyers.

Gloss Text

Premium coated 100# paper with a glossy finish on both sides. Thinner paper than a cardstock and commonly used for flyers and brochures.

65# Cardstock

65# Matte white acid free paper. Ideal for announcements, invitations, menus, brochures, greeting cards and more.

Production time

Normal Production time is 2 business days; however, we know sometimes you need things quickly! We're there for you, offering rush shipping options in the check out.

Design specs for 8.5x11 color copies

Artwork should be set up to size:

8.5" wide x 11" high (portrait)

11" wide x 8.5" high (horizontal)

*Keep in mind the color copies are not a full bleed and the artwork will be reduced to fit 8.5x11 page with a white border.

• If you submit a file that is not print ready according to our specifications our graphics team may have to ask you to adjust the artwork and re-submit, which can delay the processing of your order.

Order is placed: We will email you an order confirmation and your customer representative will be in touch during normal business hours.

Here is the next Steps:

Email proof

• Our graphics department will send you a proof via email

Proof Approval

• All proofs will need to be approved by you before printing

Printing

• Once approved the order will move to production where printing will start

Boxing

• When printing is complete your order will be boxed up and prepared for shipping

Shipped

• Your order will be picked up by FedEx at the end of the business day. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Tracking

• When your order is scanned in by Fedex you will receive an email from us with the tracking and expected delivery date.

Choose Printed Sides:

• 1 Side Printing: Only one side of the paper will be printed, the back side will be white
• 2 Sided Printing: Both sides of the paper will be printed

Choose Paper Stock:

• 28# Laser Text: Premium white paper, thicker than the standard 24#
• Gloss Text: 100# gloss text white paper, glossy finish
• 65# Cardstock: Thick white paper, matte
