• Wind Sign (small) with Quick Change-Frame™ holds signs 22" x 28"
• Resists head-on winds
• Use Coroplast™ signs or other material 3/16” thick or less
• All plastic frame
• Plastic base has two built-in wheels
• Can be filled with dry sand
