Zip Fabric Counter

Our tension Fabric Zip up Counter is lightweight and easy to assemble. The counter comes with an aluminum tube frame and vibrant dye sublimated stretch fabric that is all over printed, front, back, sides, top and bottom. The counter includes a frosted acrylic countertop. This portable counter is great for trade shows and marketing displays with the fully enclosed display that also has storage accessible through the back zipper.

Fabric Dye Sublimation Process

We use a Dye Sublimation printing process to print all of our fabric products. Dye Sublimation printing is a top-of-the-line printing process which produces vibrant, permanent printed graphics on soft polyester fabric. The dye-sublimation printer heats up to about 400 degrees to bond the dye to the fabric fibers permanently dying the fabric. The fabric print is long lasting and washable and won't peel off like other screen-printed fabric products.

Aluminum Tube Frame

The aluminum tube frame is easy to assemble and take down, typically 1 person can set this counter up in about 15 minutes. No tools required, the tube frame simply snaps together and the fabric pulls around the frame and zips at the bottom and on the back pulling the fabric tight on all 4 sides of the frame giving it a sleek professional looking counter.

Middle Shelf

• No: The counter will not have a middle shelf, great for onsite hidden storage
• Yes, add a middle shelf: You will have a white middle shelf that will sit inside the frame, great if you have materials like business cards or flyers to store.

Uploading your File

• You can normally attach the file with the product order in the "File Upload" option on the product.
• Larger files can sometimes stall the order, if that is the case just remove the file from the product option and use the file upload link at the top of the site anytime after your order is placed.

Care & Use of the Pop Up Counter Display

This durable polyester fabric is printed with eco-friendly, water-based dye sublimation inks. The inks are permanently absorbed into the fabric through a heat-setting process, ensuring the print is long-lasting and fully washable.

Reducing Wrinkles
We recommend washing your fabric before use to remove the printing coating. This will help reduce wrinkles, soften the fabric, and enhance the vibrancy of the colors.
Wash on cold water cycle with fabric softener, and either air dry or hang dry.

Washing
Your fabric can be washed in a machine, provided it fits. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat may damage the fabric. Instead hang the fabric to dry, or use a tumble-dry setting on low heat.

Traveling With Your Fabric
When packing your fabric, avoid compressing it too tightly in a box. The box provided is the ideal size, offering some extra space to prevent excessive wrinkling.

Lifespan
With proper care, your printed fabric will last for many years. Slight fading may occur after multiple washes or extended exposure to direct sunlight, but this is natural.

Common Questions?

Can my Zip fabric counter go outside?

While all of the components of the frame and fabric are water proof, and will withstand rain, they are not made to withstand a wind.  Wind will easily blow the counter over and damage it.  You can attach the counter to another structure, but you then run the risk of breaking the frame with the pressures the wind puts on the whole structure.

Is it easy to set up Zip Counter Display?

Yes, they are easy to set up and it does take about 10 minutes to set up but simply snapping the tube frames together and pulling the fabric over the frame and zipping it at the bottom.

Is the graphic replaceable on the Zip Fabric Counter?

Yes, you can easily pull off the graphic and replace it with a new one.

What is the max weight I can put on this Zip countertop?

The countertop on our counters can support a max weight of 50lbs and the internal shelf can support up to 7lbs.

Does the carry bag also carry the internal shelf and counter?

Yes, the carrying case will hold the frame, fabric, internal shelf and countertop. It's a good idea to save all original packaging and boxes and re-use it to help protect the counter during transportation and storage.

Can I ship the fabric counter in it's carrying bag?

We don't recommend shipping the fabric counters in just the supplied carrying bag. Shipping can be really rough on packages and if the counter display is not protected by a rigid box or case it can become damaged very easily. It's a good idea to save the original box your counter came in and re-use it

How many colors or details can I use in my artwork, will it cost extra?

You can use any number of colors or any amount of detail in your artwork without incurring any additional fees. We print our fabric using a digital technology, dye sublimation process and it prints just as a regular digital printer would. Since we are not using a screen printing process we are not limited to the colors to details like other fabric printers.

What color profile should I set up my artwork in?

We accept CMYK, RGB, mixed colors and Pantone colors. We do use a 4-color process and each color profile will be converted to meet the original coloring as closely as possible.

When will I get a proof?

Typically, you'll receive a proof via email from our graphics department within 1-2 hours of placing the order, if the order is placed during regular business hours of 8:30am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. If you place your order during off hours/days, you'll receive a proof 1-2 hours from the time we re-open.

I don't have a print ready file or software to set up the artwork, how can I get artwork set up for my order?

Unfortunately, we don't offer artwork set up in house. Good websites to find graphic designers are fiverr.com or 99designs.com. If you are not able to find a designer please contact us and we can refer you to freelance designers we work with often.

I realized I send the wrong file when I received the proof, what do I do?

No worries, this is why we send proofs! If you realized something is wrong in your artwork or sent the wrong file, simply respond to the graphics proof email, and let them know if you are sending a new file. Our graphics team will always send you updated proofs, and nothing goes to print without your approval.

I approved of the proof then realized it was wrong, what do I do?

We work fast over here, once the proof is approved it moves to production quickly. If you realize the proof was wrong after approving contact us as soon as possible. We can try to holt production if your order has not started to print yet. Once it starts printing it will be hard to pull it back at that point so the sooner you can let us know the better chances, we have to stop it.
