Fabric Material
We use a soft snit 5.0 osy polyester material that is crease resistant and has a slight stretch to it, which reduces the wrinkles with fully stretched over the display frame. The fabric has a matte appearance and will not glare or reflect light. The fabric is washable on cold and air dry.
Fabric Dye Sublimation Process
We use a Dye Sublimation printing process to print all of our fabric products. Dye Sublimation printing is a top-of-the-line printing process which produces vibrant, permanent printed graphics on soft polyester fabric. The dye-sublimation printer heats up to about 400 degrees to bond the dye to the fabric fibers permanently dying the fabric. The fabric print is long lasting and washable and won't peel off like other screen-printed fabric products.
13oz Banner Material
Our outdoor vinyl banners are printed on a matte white 13oz scrim vinyl. The vinyl material is waterproof and rollable. This material can be folded, however, if folded wrinkles/creases will permanently form in the material.
15oz Blockout Banner Material
Made with a 3 Layer composite, helps lay flat, block out middle layer these banners tend to lay flatter than standard 13oz banners. Matte material (non-glossy)
13mil Greyback PET Material
The acronym, PET stands for Polyethylene Terephthalate. Polyethylene is a polymerized thermoplastic ethylene resin, used to make the vinyl film and Terephthalate is a thermoplastic polyester resin made from ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid, also used to make films or fibers, like what is used for water bottles.
Foam Material
Foam board material is also known as Foam Core, is light weight, rigid board with a foam core sandwiched between two layers of white coated paper. The board has a naturally semi-glossy appearance. The foam board material should be kept away from any high humidity or moisture because it will damage, warp, or get soggy if wet.
Corrugated Plastic Material
Corrugated plastic board is a twin-wall plastic sheet that is made of 3 polypropylene plastic sections. The hollow flutes are sandwiched between two layers of plastic sheeting. Because of the flutes the surface of the board does have thin, straight ridges you can see, however, from a distance the ridges are not noticeable.
