Tri-Fold Display Boards
Create an eye-catching display with our Tri-Fold Presentation Signs. Designed to be affordable and easy to use, our tri-fold displays are available in two material options with optional dry erase and gloss finishes. Each sign is hinged and folded for convenient shipping, simply unfold it, place it on a table, and it’s ready to go!

Foam Material
Foam board, also known as Foam Core, features a lightweight, rigid structure with a foam core sandwiched between two layers of white-coated paper. It has a semi-glossy appearance but should be kept away from high humidity or moisture to prevent damage.
- Material: 3/16" Thick Foam Board
- Graphics: Full-color printed
- Finish: Lightweight paper face and foam middle with a smooth surface
- Usage: Indoor only
Corrugated Plastic Material
Corrugated plastic board is a twin-wall plastic sheet that is made of 3 polypropylene plastic sections. The hollow flutes are sandwiched between two layers of plastic sheeting. Because of the flutes the surface of the board does have thin, straight ridges you can see, however, from a distance the ridges are not noticeable.

Protective Gloss Coating - Optional
We use a premium grade protective coating that has anti-graffitti properties, which means in most cases it can be cleaned. This surface works with Dry Erase, Wet Erase, and Liquid Chalk markers.
Dry Erase - Optional
We add a dry erase lamination over your entire board making it re-usable if you use dry erase, liquid chalk, or wet erase markers. We recommend wiping off all marker on your sign before storing it away. Sometimes if the marker is left on the coating for long periods of time it will stain the coating and you’ll have to replace your sign.
Finished Photo
You can choose to receive a finished photo of your sign before it ships. This is a great option if you're drop shipping the sign to someone else and won’t have the chance to see it in person.
NOTE: that this photo is provided for your personal records and is not intended to serve as a proof. Once the photo is sent, your order will quickly proceed to shipping.
What is a Print Ready File?
A print ready file is a finalized design that meets all the technical specifications required for high-quality printing. This includes proper sizing, bleed, resolution, color mode, and alignment according to the product’s specific template.
NOTE: To ensure your design is set up correctly, please download the PDF template available under the "Design Specs" tab on this product page.
If your artwork is not set up according to the template, our team will request a new file, which may delay the processing of your order.
Production Time
Normal production time is 1 business day for most orders. Higher qty orders may require more time. Production time starts the next business day from proof approval
Design Specs
Artwork should be set up at size or a proportional size. No bleeds or crops.
47" x 47" PDF Template: Hinges are 11.5" in on each side
48" x 36" PDF Template: Hinges are 12" in on each side
58.75" x 47" PDF Template: Hinges are 12" in on each side
94" x 47" PDF Template: Hinges are 23" in on each side and hinged in the middle

NOTE: If you submit a file that is not print ready according to our specifications our graphics team may have to ask you to adjust the artwork and re-submit, which can delay the processing of your order.
Tri-Fold Display Boards Options Explained
Size:
- 47" x 47": Final size of the sign will be 47" w x 47" h, hinges will go in 11.5" on each side
- 48" x 36": Final size of the sign will be 48" w x 36" h, hinges will go in 12" on each side
- 58.75" x 47": Final size of the sign will be 58.75" w x 47" h, hinges will go in 12" on each side
- 94" x 47": Final size of the sign will be 94" w x 47" h, this XL sign will be hinged 4 times at 23" - 23.5" - 1" - 23.5" - 23"
Material:
- Corrugated Plastic: Light weight plastic with hollow flutes (yard sign material), thin lines going through the face
- Foam Board: Foam core middle with paper faces, smooth finish
Coating:
- None: No coating
- Add Premium Gloss / Dry Erase coating: A premium coating will be applied to the top of the board, it will have a glossy appearance and can be used with dry erase markers
Finished Photo:
- No: You will not receive a preview photo
- Yes: We will send you a finished photo of the sign before we ship it out.

Care & Use of the Tri-Fold Display Boards
Corrugated Plastic:
Corrugated Signs or a.k.a. Coroplast is a high-quality polypropylene twin-wall profile sheet, the high-quality signs have a corrugated core. These signs are great for outdoor signage as well as indoor.
Cleaning Corrugated Plastic Signs
- Since Corrugated Plastic material is waterproof, you can wipe down your signs with a dry or damp cloth without damaging the board or print.
- Don't use hard chemicals as it could ruin the ink or lamination.
Handle with extra care
- Corrugated Plastic is a durable weatherproof plastic and is the best material for outdoors.
- Vehicles can get extremely hot even if it's feels cool outside. Due to the high temperatures in vehicles, it could ruin your sign by causing it to wrap
- Don't leave Corrugated Plastic signs in vehicles
Foam Boards:
Foam board signs are best for indoor use and should be handled with care to avoid damage. Do not expose to moisture or high humidity.
Do not wash or wet signs
- If you have a lamination then you can wipe it with a damp cloth on the laminated side only, being very careful to not get any moisture on the edges.
Not meant for wet or damp areas
- Foam board will absorb any moisture in the environment causing the sign to warp, bulge, discolor, or even tear.
Handle with extra care
- Foam Board easily damages, especially the corners
- If the corners dent and your design allows for removal of some part of the sign then you can use a sharp razor to slice off the damaged section. We suggest using a straight edge and cut into multiple small depths with the blade on a slight angle to the face of the board.
- Avoid dropping or placing any objects on top of the Foam Signs as it will leave dents or imprints on the signs.

On a table: With the per-hinged sides slightly flared out, this sign will stand freely on the table
Wall Mounting: Use double-sided tape or Command strips
Sign Holder: Follow manufacturer's directions

Order is placed: We will email you an order confirmation and your customer representative will be in touch during normal business hours.

Email proof: Our graphics department will send you a proof via email
Proof Approval: All proofs will need to be approved by you before printing
Printing: Once approved the order will move to production where printing will start
Boxing: When printing is complete your order will be boxed up and prepared for shipping
Shipped: Your order will be picked up by the shipper at the end of the business day. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Tracking: When your order is scanned in you will receive an email from us with the tracking and expected delivery date.

Will Dry Erase Markers stain the dry erase coating?
- High-quality lamination prevents staining, but wipe markers off promptly.
