24" Wide Vinyl Table Runners
Our custom printed vinyl table runners are printed on waterproof matte low curl 15oz blockout vinyl. (this is not a full coverage table throw). The runner lays flat in the middle of the table and drapes down the front of the table and half way down the back of the table. This as great way to add branding to any event display with the worry of the table size, it can virtually be used on any table size.

We Can Setup your Table Runner Design
Don't have a print ready file for your table runner and don't want to use the design online program? No problem, we can set up your table runner artwork with 1 logo with your choice of a color background! Simply add the Design help package to your order.
We will place your logo on the front of the table runner and add a colored background of your choice. Provide us with your high resolution logo and we will get you a proof of the artwork prior to printing, so you'll know exactly what it looks like before it goes to print. If you are not happy with the proof or have a change, there is 1 design revision included with design help package.

PLEASE NOTE: The basic design setup package does not cover editing logos or images. You will need to provide a high resolution or vector logo or image for the design set up, if you need adjustments to those files you will need to do it on your end and re-submit the logo/image. In some situations we can make "simple" adjustments, however, this will incur additional design time fees.
Do you need more than the basic design setup package?
Our design setup package is a simple design set up of your logo and background color, if you need a more detailed design, then your project would move into full design time set up at $125 hour. Please contact our customer service team to receive a custom quote on your table runner design set up, however, if the design is determined beyond what we can offer in house, then we can refer you to freelance graphic designers or you can choose to find a graphic designer yourself. Keep in mind freelance graphic designers have their own fees seperate from ours and you'll have to reach out to them to find out their current rates.
PLEASE NOTE: Our graphic packages and/or design time fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order you will still be responsible for the design package / design time fees and they will not be refunded.

Vinyl Material
We use a 15 oz low curl blockout vinyl with a matte finish for all our vinyl table runners. The vinyl is waterproof making it easy to clean.

- For more detailed designs we are not able to accommodate in house and we will refer you to a freelance graphic designer for more help.
Color Background
- None, I'm providing my own print ready file
- White: The background will be plain white, no color
- Black: The background will be a rich black
- Custom Color (add HEX code in comments): The background will be a color of your choice, make sure to leave the hex code in the comments so we know what color you want.

- You can normally attach the file with the product order in the "File Upload" option on the product.
- Larger files can sometimes stall the order, if that is the case just remove the file from the product option and use the file upload link at the top of the site anytime after your order is placed.

Care & Use of the Table Runners
Our vinyl table runners are a great alternative to the fabric table runners because they are lower in price and easier to clean. The vinyl material is waterproof making it super simple to wipe down if something gets spilled on it. The material is also rollable making it easy to travel with.
Cleaning your vinyl table runner
- You can wipe your vinyl table runner with mildly soapy water, don't use harsh chemicals because it could ruin the material and ink.

Proof Approval: All proofs will need to be approved by you before printing
Printing: Once approved the order will move to production where printing will start
Boxing: When printing is complete your order will be boxed up and prepared for shipping
Shipped: Your order will be picked up by FedEx at the end of the business day. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Tracking: When your order is scanned in by FedEx you will receive an email from us with the tracking and expected delivery date.

Setup
The table throws are very easy to use, simply throw them over a standard table. Adjust it to cover evenly on all sides of the table.
Once you are done using it, simply pull it off the table and fold it neatly. Store it away for the next time.
Common Questions
Can I order a custom size Table Runner?
Yes, please contact our knowledgeable representatives and they can assist you with a custom quote.
How many colors or details can I use in my artwork?
You can use any number of colors or any amount of detail in your artwork without incurring any additional fees. We print in full color and no matter how many colors or how detailed the artwork is, it won't affect the cost of the sign.
What color profile should I use in my artwork?
We accept CMYK, RGB, Mixed colors and Pantone colors. We use a 4-color process, and each color profile will be converted to meet the original coloring as closely as possible.
When will I get a proof?
Typically, you'll receive a proof via email from our graphics department within 1-2 hours of placing the order, if the order is placed during regular business hours of 8:30am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. If you place your order during off hours/days, you'll receive a proof 1-2 hours from the time we re-open.
I don't have a print ready file or software to set up artwork, how can I get artwork set up?
We only offer simple set up for the table throws which typically inclues adding your logo and a background color. Unfortunately, we don't offer artwork set up in house beyond simple setup.
Good websites to find graphic designers are fiverr.com or 99designs.com. If you are not able to find a designer please contact us and we can refer you to freelance designers we work with offen.
