24" Wide Vinyl Table Runners
Our custom printed vinyl table runners are printed on waterproof matte low curl 15oz blockout vinyl. (this is not a full coverage table throw). The runner lays flat in the middle of the table and drapes down the front of the table and half way down the back of the table. This as great way to add branding to any event display with the worry of the table size, it can virtually be used on any table size.

What is a Print Ready File?
A print ready file is a finalized design that meets all the technical specifications required for high-quality printing. This includes proper sizing, bleed, resolution, color mode, and alignment according to the product’s specific template.
NOTE: A single logo file is not a print-ready file. A logo alone does not account for the layout, bleed, or placement requirements of this product. To ensure your design is set up correctly, please download the PDF template available under the "Design Specs" tab on this product page.
If your artwork is not set up according to the template, our team will request a new file, which may delay the processing of your order.
Vinyl Material
We use a 15 oz low curl blockout vinyl with a matte finish for all our vinyl table runners. The vinyl is waterproof making it easy to clean.

Please make sure to remove all template lines from the print ready file before submitting the artwork.

- If you submit a file that is not print ready according to our specifications our graphics team may have to ask you to adjust the artwork and re-submit, which can delay the processing of your order.

File Options
- I will use the design online program below to set up my design: You will use the design online program that is located under the "add to cart" button to set up your design.
- It's recommended that you create an account first so that you can save your designs for future use.
- I have a full print ready file (File is set up per PDF template specs): You have file that is set up according the PDF template and is ready to print. We will still send you a proof for your approval.
- Please note that if the file is not set up according to the template specs our team will request a new file and this could delay the processing of your order.
Upload your File or logo(s)
- You can normally attach the file with the product order in the "File Upload" option on the product.
- Larger files can sometimes stall the order, if that is the case just remove the file from the product option and use the file upload link at the top of the site anytime after your order is placed.

Care & Use of the Table Runners
Our vinyl table runners are a great alternative to the fabric table runners because they are lower in price and easier to clean. The vinyl material is waterproof making it super simple to wipe down if something gets spilled on it. The material is also roll-able making it easy to travel with.
Cleaning your vinyl table runner
- You can wipe your vinyl table runner with mildly soapy water, don't use harsh chemicals because it could ruin the material and ink.

Order Placed: We will email you an order confirmation and your customer representative will be in touch during normal business hours.

Email proof: Our graphics department will send you a proof via email
Proof Approval: All proofs will need to be approved by you before printing
Printing: Once approved the order will move to production where printing will start
Boxing: When printing is complete your order will be boxed up and prepared for shipping
Shipped: Your order will be picked up by shipping company at the end of the business day. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Tracking: When your order is scanned in you will receive an email from us with the tracking and expected delivery date.

Setup
The table throws are very easy to use, simply throw them over a standard table. Adjust it to cover evenly on all sides of the table.
Once you are done using it, simply pull it off the table and fold it neatly. Store it away for the next time.

Can I order a custom size Table Runner?
Yes, please contact our knowledgeable representatives and they can assist you with a custom quote.
How many colors or details can I use in my artwork?
You can use any number of colors or any amount of detail in your artwork without incurring any additional fees. We print in full color and no matter how many colors or how detailed the artwork is, it won't affect the cost of the sign.
What color profile should I use in my artwork?
We accept CMYK, RGB, Mixed colors and Pantone colors. We use a 4-color process, and each color profile will be converted to meet the original coloring as closely as possible.
When will I get a proof?
Typically, you'll receive a proof via email from our graphics department within 1-2 hours of placing the order, if the order is placed during regular business hours of 8:30am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. If you place your order during off hours/days, you'll receive a proof 1-2 hours from the time we re-open.
I don't have a print ready file or software to set up artwork, how can I get artwork set up?
We only offer simple set up for the table throws which typically inclues adding your logo and a background color. Unfortunately, we don't offer artwork set up in house beyond simple setup.
Good websites to find graphic designers are fiverr.com or 99designs.com. If you are not able to find a designer please contact us and we can refer you to freelance designers we work with offen.
