Zip Combos 4'x8' + 20'x8' + 4'x8'

Zip combos are the perfect way to create a large graphic back wall. All our zip combos come with 3 zip stands that link together by a sharing foot; you can also use the stands separated as well. The two side frames sit slightly behind the middle frame and each frame has it's own dye sublimated printed fabric that zips at the bottom giving you a clean professional look.

Fabric Dye Sublimation Process

We use a Dye Sublimation printing process to print all of our fabric products. Dye Sublimation printing is a top-of-the-line printing process which produces vibrant, permanent printed graphics on soft polyester fabric. The dye-sublimation printer heats up to about 400 degrees to bond the dye to the fabric fibers permanently dying the fabric. The fabric print is long lasting and washable and won't peel off like other screen-printed fabric products.

Aluminum Frames

The zip stand frames are made of 1-1/4" dia aluminum tubes. The frames are very light weighing about 10lbs. The tube frames break down into approx 2ft sections which are bungee corded together for easy set up. Sections snap together with snap pins. No tools are needed to erect this frame and it can be set up with 1 person in about 20 minutes or less, faster with 2 people. All the joints are numbered for easy assembly, simply match up the numbers and you will be done in no time.

Light Blocking Liner

Our light blocking liners are made of a gray fabric material specially designed to block out any traveling light. We recommend adding a light blocking liner if you your display had double sided printing. This will block out any light and shadows from the opposite side graphic.

LED Lights & Hard Carrying Case (Not Included)

Our LED Lights are 18w and they clamp onto the top of the zip stand frame. Typically, you will want to have 1 LED Light every 1-2 feet on your display. Lights are a great way to draw attention to your display. Keep in mind the lights do have a cord and will need to be plugged in, you'll want to check with the event hall to see if you need special permissions to use the lights with your display. LED lights are not recommended for double sided displays, due to the cords hanging down from the lights. See our LED Lights section for more information

The hard carrying case makes it easier to travel with your zip stands as well as offering extra protection. The hard carrying cases can fit the zip stand frames and fabric. Keep in mind we don't recommend using the hard case as a shipping case, in our experience shipping the case as is tends to be too rough on the locks, latches and joints on the cases and they tend to break very easily during shipping. Care & Use of the Zip Combos

This durable polyester fabric is printed with eco-friendly, water-based dye sublimation inks. The inks are permanently absorbed into the fabric through a heat-setting process, ensuring the print is long-lasting and fully washable.

Reducing Wrinkles
We recommend washing your fabric before use to remove the printing coating. This will help reduce wrinkles, soften the fabric, and enhance the vibrancy of the colors.
Wash on cold water cycle with fabric softener, and either air dry or hang dry.

Washing
Your fabric can be washed in a machine, provided it fits. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat may damage the fabric. Instead hang the fabric to dry, or use a tumble-dry setting on low heat.

Traveling With Your Fabric
When packing your fabric, avoid compressing it too tightly in a box. The box provided is the ideal size, offering some extra space to prevent excessive wrinkling.

Lifespan
With proper care, your printed fabric will last for many years. Slight fading may occur after multiple washes or extended exposure to direct sunlight, but this is natural.

Can my Zip Combo Display go outside?

While all the components of the frame and fabric are water poof, and will withstand rain, however, they are not made to withstand the wind. Wind will easily blow the frame over and damage it. You can attach the frame to another structure, but then you run the risk of breaking the frame with the pressure the wind puts on the whole structure.
